Maintain a healthy mouth
Help prevent gum disease
Reduce plaque build up
Eliminate bad breath
Adults:
Brush teeth before gargle or rinse.
Rinse or garglemouth for 30 seconds. Do not swallow.
Oral hygiene use:10 ml twice daily, twice a week
Antiseptic use:10 ml twice daily. Do not use for more than 10 consecutive days without consulting your healthcare professional
